The Business and Human Rights in Law website is a joint initiative of the European Coalition for Corporate Justice, CORE Coalition, Public Eye, the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable and Above Ground. The site tracks developments in legislation and case law related to the corporate responsibility to respect human rights, with a focus on mandatory human rights due diligence and parent company liability.

Climate Action Network Canada (CAN-Rac)
CAN-Rac is Canada’s primary network of organizations working on climate change and energy issues. The network brings environmental groups together with trade unions, First Nations, social justice, development, health and youth organizations, faith groups and local, grassroots initiatives.

Canadian Network on Corporate Accountability (CNCA)
Uniting more than thirty civil society organizations, the CNCA provides an effective forum for collaborative research, advocacy and public education work regarding the overseas activities of Canadian companies. The network’s Open for Justice campaign seeks to improve access to remedy in Canada for the foreign victims of corporate abuse. The CNCA was the civil society focal point to the National Roundtable process on the Canadian extractive industry and led civil society efforts in support of Bill C-300. Above Ground is an original and active member of the CNCA Steering Committee. We provide the network with legal and policy expertise, strategic orientation and important links to international allies and processes.

ECA Watch
ECA Watch is an international network of NGOs that campaign for export credit agency (ECA) reform. The network, which formed in 1996, includes organizations that focus on the environment, development, human rights, community rights, labour rights and anti-corruption.
Above Ground plays a leadership role in the network on work that is focused on export credit and human rights.

ESCR-Net
ESCR-Net is an international network that seeks to strengthen economic, social and cultural rights. The network, which formed in 2000, works worldwide to facilitate mutual learning and strategy sharing, develop new tools and resources, engage in advocacy, and provide information-sharing and networking.
Above Ground is involved in ESCR-Net’s Corporate Accountability Working Group (CAWG) and is a member of the Corporate Capture Project Advisory Group.
